Ranchwood Drive Stairs & Walkways

This project was initiated by the property manager responsible for the 33 building condominium complex. The buildings have wood-framed decks, bridgeways, and stairways that had developed rot from exposure to the elements. Apex worked with the client to determine the extent of damages and identify life safety issues to prioritize. Apex’s specialized crews were able to diagnose and repair wood components carefully to minimize collateral damage and keep the cost of the project under control. These are occupied buildings, so special considerations for job site safety and cleanliness were priorities throughout the repair process.
