A customer had a leak from her kitchen sink that ruined her existing cabinets and drywall.

A customer whose upstairs neighbor had a sink overflow that flooded into their kitchen below.

There was a copper line leak in the wall that damaged drywall, flooring, and cabinetry. Our mitigation team did the tear out and then we did the recon.

Apex did the waterproofing for the interior pool cavity and the concrete deck.
