Trauma cleanup was called in by property Manger Heather with Eugene Bruger Management. She called to ask if we could provide services for a Trauma clean up and we said yes. The tenant had an altercation with police and shot himself in the back of the building. Tech was dispatched, and upon arrival he took initial pictures of the sidewalk and stucco that had blood on them. The process was to pressure wash the sidewalk and stucco to wash off the blood then sanitize. Everything that was used for the cleanup was disposed of in a hazardous container. Everything was able to get cleaned up successfully Heather was on site and was happy with the outcome.
