Copper Line Break

We received this project from one of our mitigation technicians.

The cause of loss was from a copper line break in a kitchen wall which required asbestos and lead testing.

Asbestos came back positive which resulted in the remediation of Vinyl floor tile and black mastic in the kitchen, dining room, foyer, living room, and hallway. All affected material was removed successfully, and the project passed the PCM Asbestos Air Clearance.

Following asbestos abatement, mold remediation was conducted, and passed the mold and spore clearance sampling.
