Remodel a 1970’s era Solana Beach home to the homeowners design.

Our Solution:
Following guidelines from the homeowner, we renovated both the interior and exterior of this home.  As you can see, Apex holds itself to the highest standards of quality in construction.  As in this house, we can handle both the fine woodworking needed for high-end custom baseboard and trim as well as roofing and stucco repairs.  All of the repairs were handled by in-house employees, meaning that the customer not only dealt with the same project manager throughout, but also the same foreman performing the work.
