Condominium Flood

The Problem:
A leaky pipe in the vanity flooded the master bath, closets and laundry room wn a condominium.

Our Solution:
We mobilized our emergency services team to immediately repair the leak, set up drying equipment and cut out all the damaged materials.  We continually monitored the areas until they were measured to be completely dry, and we then began the restoration process.  This included completely rebuilding the vanity, as well as drywall and flooring repairs to the bathroom, closet and laundry room.
