The Problem:
Fire damaged 6500 square feet and three floors of a downtown office building that houses San Diego Family Magazine.

Our Solution
Working afterhours and on weekends to minimize the impact on the building’s occupants and their operations, our crew removed fire- and water-damaged materials and debris, cleaned smoke and soot residue from areas that did not require demolition and acted as the liaison with the adjuster to ensure the loss received appropriate coverage. We completed the restoration in short order so that the magazine and other tenants could return to business
