The Defect
A large, private university in an exclusive part of Orange County had numerous large-scale construction defects that caused water intrusion into classrooms, offices and meeting areas.

The Repair
Once we identified the problem locations through forensic investigation and water-testing, we removed the exterior building envelopment, including stucco, building paper, Dens glass, windows and flashing and determined the cause of the intrusions. We then worked with the university’s in-house architects to formulate and implement repairs. Because of the extent of water damage, we also provided mold remediation and restoration at more than a dozen locations on the university campus.
