Super 8 Motel

The Project:
Complete shoring, waterproofing and drainage for the foundation of a new Super 8 Motel.

Our Approach:
We coordinated the excavation, drain installation, concrete pouring and below-grade waterproofing, which included 30,000 square feet of bentonite clay. Major components of this project included protection from water intrusion, reviewing the construction plans with the builder and value-engineering the waterproofing specifications in order to save time and help keep the project on budget.
